Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
I have been using essential oils since 1998 and I tried Ylang Ylang when I underwent chemo 5 years ago.
It saved me from the depression that women seem more susceptible to while undergoing chemo.
I had been given a prescription for an anti-depressant but decided to use Ylang Ylang instead.
It was my saving grace and it smells so good!! When I am stressed, I put some in the palm of my hands and inhale.
It releases negative emotions such as anger or low self-esteem. And then nourishes the positive emotions such as confidence, self love and spiritual awareness.
It helps those who are physically or spiritually drained. It brings the body, mind and spirit back into alignment.
It is one of the very best therapies I know.
