Her husband phoned one morning and said his wife was in a state... crying... very upset... and he did not know why.

I asked if she was suicidal.... No.

Was there someone who could be with her all day?... Yes.

So I asked them to ring back later on in the day when I had time to talk. They rang back spot on the time that I had suggested.

She came to my place, and she burst into tears as she was trying to explain to me how she felt.

I put 3 drops of the Peace & Calming essential oil blend into her palm and got her to rub her hands together, cup them, and breathe in the usual way.

I went into the next room for 3 or 4 minutes because I did not want her to feel that she was being observed. But I wanted her to have the reassurance that I was close by if she felt uncomfortable.

When I returned, she stood up, smiled at me, and said, "What is that stuff? I am a different person!" And she sure was! She was happy and normal for the next 24 hours.

I had given her a few drops in a small bottle with instructions to do the same again if the feelings started to return. This she did after 24 hours, and from then on the problem never returned.

We are not sure what the problem was, but it was not the breakdown the husband had suspected. Maybe it was hormonal; we just do not know.

What we do know is that the Peace & Calming essential oil blend worked, fast and thoroughly, and she had no more problems after that.
