Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
My mother-in-law is a big non-believer with holistic methods including essential oils.
Recently she fell, so my wife made up an essential oil cream to help relieve her discomfort and brought it to her mother's home. My wife told her that she could put it on whenever and as many times as she wanted.
The cream sat there, and it sat there... completely untouched. Then we were over for a visit, and mom was complaining without trying to complain. "It only hurts when I sit or lie down."
We told her to give the cream a try. What does she have to lose? So she did finally try it, and her discomfort was gone almost instantly. Oh, all that time wasted in agony! Amazing how that works!
Here is my wife's recipe for the cream:
* 1/2 cup coconut oil (warmed to liquid consistency)
* 10 drops PanAway blend
* 10 drops Valor blend
* 10 drops Peppermint
Keep the cream in a cool dark place. It also lasts virtually forever and goes a long way.

1. | Associated topics: bones-/-osteo — "Common herbs, essential oils, and monoterpenes potently modulate bone metabolism.... we investigated several common herbs rich in essential oils (sage, rosemary, and thyme) and essential oils extracted from these herbs and other plants (oils of sage, rosemary, juniper, pine, dwarf pine, turpentine, and eucalyptus) as well as their monoterpene components (thujone, eucalyptol, camphor, borneol, thymol, alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, bornylacetate as well as menthol) and found that they inhibit bone resorption.... Our study demonstrates for the first time that essential oils and monoterpenes are efficient inhibitors of bone resorption...." | Link |
