My mornings were hideous. Despite taking an allergy nasal spray and pill, I would wake up terribly congested with sinus pain and a runny nose like I have never seen.
I finally set to work thinking it had to be something to do with my bedroom/bed/linens and considered that a dust mite reaction might just be the culprit. I found this scientific study which used Clove essential oil and decided to try it:

I put one teaspoon per cup of water in a spray bottle and went to town on the mattress, pillows, and linens. A very noticeable improvement was seen after the first day, and I continued the protocol for three days.
Now I do not even need to blow my nose in the morning, and prior to this I could not stop the deluge!
Per the scientific study, this protocol should be repeated at 3-month intervals. I would do a test on a small area of lightly-colored fabric first, as there is a slight color to Clove essential oil. Thanks Young Living!
