I have had two back surgeries and have been depending on drugs from the pharmacy to deal with the discomfort for the past three years.
Starting with the Joy oil blend, Lavender, and then Peppermint, I use 2 drops of each essential oil on the foot Vita Flex point for the spine twice a day. I also use 5 drops each of Copaiba, Idaho Balsam Fir, and Frankincense in a gelcap. Additionally I use 2 drops of the PanAway oil blend twice a day.
I was very skeptical, as I was in a wheelchair. But within one week I was out of the chair and walking on a daily basis. I have been able to reduce the medicine from the pharmacy by 2/3 and hope to no longer have a need for it in the near future.
So not only have I felt less discomfort, but I am also not in need of mood enhancement anymore because I can now walk without discomfort and am less dependent on alternatives. I am thankful for therapeutic-grade essential oils.
