I was suffering from tendinitis in my right elbow. I tried several essential oils but was not having much relief.

I finally decided to try the RC essential oil blend. I mixed 2 drops of RC with coconut oil and applied it to my elbow twice a day for about a week. I could feel the discomfort diminishing.

I kept applying the oils for another week, and the soreness was pretty much gone. Now I might have to reapply once every couple of months whenever I feel the discomfort starting to return.

This was my first experience with therapeutic-grade essential oils, and I am now a believer.

I have since suggested this protocol to others and they have had success with it as well.
