Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. I apologize for my delay, had a few technical difficulties, but I assure you it has nothing to do with having a bad fibro day! Thanks to my friend Debbie for helping me find relief and finally be able to stay off those terrible meds! I will not claim cures -- only what has worked for me!
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 1997, over the years the list of medications I tried is a mile long, from Elavil to Cymbalta and Lyrica, some which had bad side effects. Most of the last 10 years the combo that worked best for me was Wellbutrin and Deseryl, adding Empirin 3 on really painful days.
The "FDA approved" medicines made me very sick. I finally reached out to my friend Debbie for what she called, "God's medicine". All I did was buy the Premium Starter Kit and try the essential oils! I put the PanAway essential oil blend on my hips, a drop or two twice a day... and wow!
I also used the others to see what worked. Peppermint oil is also great, and Valor stops pain in my neck, just a drop or so. I also love applying the Stress Away oil blend too! Debbie tells me I am very sensitive to essential oils, so what works for me might not work for others. All I can say is to try them until you find what works for you.
Sometimes I use a drop or two of Clove and Sage oils to help alleviate my muscle discomfort. Sensitive people would want to dilute with olive oil when using some of the "hot" oils. Even the Thieves oil blend helps my aching joints and also helps with the brain fog. I even have had great relief from Idaho Blue Spruce.
I find that many of the oils take away my pain better than the drugs did! It is nice to not be suffering and finally be drug free! I just had to give essential oils a chance!
