Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I used to wake up several times a night and take about a half hour just to fall asleep again.

A lady told me about using Lavender essential oil to help me sleep. So I put 2 drops on the bottom of each foot, and I started sleeping better. Even though I still took a while to fall asleep, the first night I only woke up once. That was an improvement over 3 to 4 times, for sure!

I usually fall asleep on my side with my arms curled around my pillow, so I started rubbing a drop on each upper arm; then I was falling asleep within 5 minutes!

It took about 4 to 5 days to get to the point that I was only putting the Lavender oil on my feet to start sleeping all night.
