About a month ago my dear friend started using the "LLP allergy bomb", which consists of Lavender, Lemon, and Peppermint essential oils. She would take just 2 drops of each in a glass of water once a day.

Ever since my friend started this protocol, she no longer suffers from her allergies, which is amazing. She also told me that she does not seem to snore anymore at night and does not wake up with a sore throat and dry mouth like she used to. She said that even her skin feels softer and smoother.

Additionally, she is feeling a sense of calm and peace that she has not had in years! She has more patience (she works in retail), she sleeps better, and she has an overall feeling of happiness and joy. I have certainly noticed the difference in her too.
