Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
Until I discovered Lavender essential oil for snoring relief, my husband and I were sleeping in separate beds. Our sleep quality was going down the drain.
Using a roller bottle, we began rubbing Lavender essential oil on the back of my husband's neck. The Lavender seemed to keep the snoring away since the very first night we tried it.
We have since continued to do this regimen for about 6 months now. Our sleep quality has improved tremendously. We are both sleeping soundly and dreaming often.
Lately we have even been able to skip using the Lavender oil, and I still do not hear any snoring! I am grateful that I am able to sleep without having to get up in the night and go in the other bedroom. This regimen is not 100% foolproof, but it has made my husband a believer in essential oils.
We have recently begun diffusing Cedarwood and Vetiver essential oils at night. Diffusing these calming, woodsy oils seems to help us both fall asleep much faster too.
