After working on a computer daily for many years, I began experiencing symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), such as a weakened grip and some discomfort in my hand and wrist area.
I read that Lemongrass essential oil had been used by others, so I made a mixture containing a few drops each of Lemongrass and the PanAway oil blend, diluted with fractionated coconut oil in a bottle with a roller fitment on top.
I could not have made the blend any sooner. That night my wrists ached badly after making a couple batches of muffins. I simply did too much measuring and mixing!
I applied the blend with the roller fitment, and within 5 minutes I could feel relief. Within 30 minutes I had forgotten about the discomfort completely.
I now use this blend as needed, which is every night or every other night. It keeps the discomfort from returning and helps restore the elasticity in my wrists and hands as well.
