After having a broken tooth (last tooth on the bottom left) crowned, it just wouldn't settle down. Hot and cold beverages or food would cause a lot of sensitivity and pain. Even chewing pressure would cause pain. This went on for four years.
I went back to the dentist that crowned the tooth and at first he said give it time. After going back a second time, he recommended a root canal and even made the appointment to see an endodontist. I never went. I even went to another dentist for a second opinion. After going back to the dentist a third time, they again recommended a root canal.
I have read about root canals and know that I don't EVER want one. One source I read said that root canals can suppress your immune system.
So I began using Young Living Thieves products. I used the Thieves oil blend, Thieves Toothpaste and Thieves Mouthwash daily. I also used 2-4 drops of Thieves oil occasionally when I would do oil pulling. I love the taste of Thieves and all of the oral care products.
After about 6 months, I can say my tooth has settled down. I can chew on the tooth, I can drink hot and cold beverages and I can rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth without the fear of it hurting. What a relief!
