After weeks of suffering from lack of restful sleep and fatigue, I was willing to try anything natural to get rest!
It was then that I was introduced to Young Living Essential Oils by a friend. I purchased the Premium Starter Kit and experimented with the oils. I decided to use the Thieves oil blend as my first oil in the diffuser. Right before bed I put three drops in a diffuser, by my bedside, and 1 drop massaged on my temples. It was the first night in a very long time that I finally experienced a restful sleep!
Since then, I ALWAYS use the diffuser as part of my bedtime ritual. Now, I have 3 diffusers, one in each room!
