Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
You hear it everywhere, drink 8 full 8 oz glasses of water every day at least. I don't know about you, but I get bored with regular water and I don't want to add sugar to my diet.
I had tried Grapefruit oil in water a few times but I would get bored with it quickly.
For a while I used Grapefruit with Tangerine and that worked a bit longer, but again...bored.
Last fall I ran into a friend who said she was using the Stress Away oil blend in her water. So I went home to my stock, and sure enough I had a small bottle. I use 2 drops of each Stress Away, Grapefruit and Tangerine in a 16 Oz. bottle. It is so refreshing! I switch between that and plain water and all of a sudden 8 glasses a day is no big deal.
Of course, drinking more water helps shed weight and it helped even more when I joined a weight loss group. We had to track our water and food intake, and I was the only one who didn't have any problem drinking all my water. I also had the best results of weight loss and inches lost.
Just be sure you have a quality glass bottle or the oils will decompose the plastic.
