Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
My friend's husband quit smoking, using essential, oils after 40 years of hard-core smoking at least two packs a day! It is so dramatic and remarkable that he is free from the urges and addiction! I wrote down what he did in hopes that others can benefit too! Here is what he did:
* Applied a few drops of Eucalyptus Globulus and Frankincense on his back and chest area (over his lungs) both morning and night.
* Used a drop or two of the Stress Away blend on his temples and the back of his neck as needed.
* Drank 5 drops of Thieves in 16-20 ounces of water several times a day which really helped when urges came on.
He also had a terrible cough from smoking for which he applied the RC oil blend on the Vita Flex points of his feet at least twice a day. Then the cough was finally suppressed!
This wasn't an overnight success, as it took a month before he started to feel the urge to smoke decline. Then it took two months of reduced oil applications before he was totally over it.
Feel free to contact me if you have questions. If he can do it, anyone can!
