I have dealt with insomnia for years. I have been using Vetiver oil for about two months now and have seen a dramatic improvement in my ability to fall sleep.

Before bed I put two drops on my temples and across the bridge of my nose. I also wipe what is left on my finger, onto my crow's feet around my eyes because this oil feels like it would be good for wrinkles because it is so thick.

In fact, the first time I tried it, I was not expecting to sleep. I just applied it for my wrinkles. Guess what? I slept like a baby! I woke up rested, refreshed and full of energy!

I sleep really well now as long as I am hydrated during the day and use my Vetiver oil at bedtime. I highly recommend this oil for sleep problems.

I have given it to my mother, husband and bestie and they all swear by it!
