If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
I have literally been dancing all week! For about a decade I have suffered from a lower back injury that would flare up in the form of flaming, fiery nerve pain shooting down my legs and up my back. The muscles would "freeze," I could hardly walk. Even when I got immediate chiropractic or massage therapy care, each episode would take at least 4-6 weeks to fully resolve, with the first couple of weeks having me in excruciating pain and the following weeks dealing with tense muscles and still having to move with care.
Five days ago I was bending over drying my leg when the spasms happened again. (Always an episode would begin with something entirely innocuous.) I was extremely discouraged and disheartened, because I had just visited the chiropractor and massage therapist BOTH the previous week for tense muscles in another area of my back. I didn't feel that I had the money for more therapy. I contacted some of my trusted friends who have taken CARE/Raindrop training and asked for some input.
Based on their ideas, I first did Vita Flexing on the spinal areas of my feet with each of the Raindrop Kit oils in the order they are supposed to be used. Within minutes I could feel the sensation of the oils on the exact area where I was having the most pain. Twice more that day I Vita Flexed--although I did not do the whole Raindrop sequence (I chose to use Valor, PanAway, and Aroma Siez oil blends).
To be honest, that night was the most excruciating, which one of my friends did warn me about--the nerve pain was so terrible I could hardly sleep. HOWEVER, when I woke the next morning, although I was tired from poor sleep, the nerve pain was GONE. I did have muscle stiffness, but I was able to walk on the treadmill slowly, do some simple stretches, and I could feel that things were, in fact, so much better.
For the next 3 days, I Vita Flexed oils on my feet 2-3 times a day. I rotated oils and used anywhere from 2-5 at a time, including PanAway, Marjoram, Aroma Siez, Valor, Frankincense, and Peppermint--basically whatever I instinctively felt drawn to, I used--but I always began the session with Valor.
I have to be honest--I've used oils for a year and a half, and I've had them through maybe 5-6 of these episodes. But I had only applied them topically prior to this recent flare-up...I had never really learned nor applied the Vita Flex technique. But I'm a believer now! I can't stop telling people about how amazing I feel now, just the 5th day after the pain began. This has NEVER happened...feeling completely restored without any other medical intervention, and certainly not so rapidly. Even more, I could feel healing radiating from my back, as if it were coming from the outside in and not a temporary fix.
Each time I've dealt with this pain, I have always prayed fervently for healing, but felt resigned to having to thank God in the midst of a trial. Now I'm thanking and praising God for His amazing power evidenced through Young Living Essential Oils!
