Anytime I get stressed and eat way too many sweets, a little tingling happens somewhere on my lip and I know it's coming. The dreaded cold sore.

My plan use to be to focus on healthy foods to build up my immune system and constantly put Abreva (an over the counter medicine) which is suppose to dry it up faster. But it was still there and noticeable for at least a week!

Enter my new found knowledge of high quality, unadulterated essential oils. When I feel a tiny tingling like one is coming on, I dab a small amount of Tea Tree oil on it every few hours. It doesn't ever dry up but actually just goes away in a day or two.

The cold sores never get big and noticeable anymore! And the Tea Tree oil also helps with any pain or discomfort!

I am super thankful for these oils!
