Painful Plantar Fasciitis For Sixteen Months

Suffering for sixteen months with this painful affliction only tells half the story. The rest of the story is how many different remedies I tried. You've read them all, and probably also tried them. The best though was developing tendonitis (in the same foot as the plantar fasciitis) from the orthotic my foot doctor gave me.

I ended up using three oils, layered two times daily for two weeks. I first used a few drops of Lemongrass oil, then a few drops of the PanAway blend, and then a few drops of Wintergreen. I rubbed the oil around my heel, on the top of my foot, as well as underneath.

Lastly, I massaged each of the oils along the front of my leg, along both sides of my bones going up from my ankle. I really worked the oils in.

I am on my feet 8-10 hours a day and I won't soon forget the day I realized there was no pain!

I apply the same oils on my foot and up the front of my leg about every three days or after I've been on my feet for a long time and they feel stressed.

I am so grateful that I have finally found relief!
