Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
Lavender essential oil is what I use for MANY things, so I try to never run out. If I get my curling iron a little too close to my ear and burn it, I immediately reach for Lavender oil. A few drops with my finger right on the spot is very soothing, cooling, and inhibits scarring. I've seen a huge difference when I DON'T use the oil, and when I DO.
Also if I get a cut or scratch, Lavender on the spot, after washing it, is soothing, and causes very quick healing. Or if a bug bites me or I encounter some allergic reaction to something, then Lavender will usually take the itch and irritation away too!
Just use a drop, as it goes a long way!
