Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
I found that Frankincense oil was very supportive for my Fibromyalgia pain when I use it! I am also on other medication for my pain, but, I am trying to get off of some of these medications. As you know the side effects can be harmful.
I had a friend get in touch with me online to say that Frankincense was very beneficial to them also and, needless to say, I was happy to hear that.
I usually mix 2 drops of Frankincense with 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil and rub the parts of my body that are really hurting me. I noticed results within about 10 minutes and it lasted for a good while.
A nice warm bath with about a cup of Epsom salts and about 6 drops of Lavender oil added also helps me relax just before bed.
