Turning 60 is no big deal... well at least not now. I was feeling like I had used all my energy and stamina. But life was still happening all around me: Church activities, grandkids, career, not to mention trying to throw in some fun now and then. I was feeling run down, always tired, starting to feel like a head cold or headache was a daily thing. Wanting to go to bed by 9 p.m. and could barley drag myself out of bed in the morning.

I have been using Young Living Essential Oils for almost 9 years and for some reason forgot that they could be the answer. I was just thinking this is normal for getting old!! Ha ha silly me.

So I started drinking a shot of the Ningxia Red juice faithfully every morning with a drop of either Lemon or Tangerine oil in it. I also began diffusing Bergamot oil daily in the diffuser at my desk in the office.
I also began to apply a drop or two of the Thieves oil blend to the bottom of my feet each night before bed.

I noticed that after 3 days I was more energetic and hardly any sign of a head cold or headache. I will be continuing this plan of action daily, and permanently. I want to stay healthy and energized for my own sake and the sake of my family.
