My now 9 year old has been suffering from breathing issues since he was 6 years old. He would often cough and wake in the middle of the night coughing. It was hard for him to catch his breath, play sports or run outside.
We have been using the RC oil blend on him 2 times a day, morning and night. He no longer uses an inhaler and I am proud to say he made it through an entire football season without coughing or having to stop and catch his breath.
I simply apply 1 drop of RC, neat, to his chest morning and night. We still continue this as a maintenance protocol.
I am so thankful for our oils!
