Recently I ran out of the store bought eye makeup remover we usually use. Since I am trying to get away from chemical products I tried making my own.

I gently melted some organic coconut oil (about 3 ounces) and poured it in a small glass jar. I added 3 drops of Lavender oil, then gently stirred it before it solidified.

My daughter and I use this recipe to remove our eye makeup. It even takes off mascara!

I now make several jars at a time to keep in the bathrooms and her bedroom. We both love it and and are glad that its chemical free!
