Appendicitis Caused Grown Man To Cry

I just felt I had to share the experience I had with my 19 year old grandson the other night.

He called me from his work at about 3:30 to say he had a terrible pain on his right side and asked me to look up symptoms of appendicitis. So I did and a few of them matched.

He was on patrol at a local recreation area for the next several hours and wasn't sure if he could make it. He felt like he needed to go to the emergency room. I told him to just wait a half hour and see what happened. He called back to say it had not improved. He couldn't talk long because he was checking out some suspicious visitors.

He called again about 7:30 as he was getting off duty and said he was in so much pain and just hoped he could make it into town. He was seriously considering going straight to ER. Instead he came straight to my house. He got to the front door doubling over and crying because he hurt so bad.

Once inside I asked where the pain was located exactly and he put his hand over the gall bladder area. I quickly looked up oils for gall bladder and grabbed the Orange and Lemon oils. I put 2-3 drops of each on the area he designated.

Almost instantly, he said it felt like it was burning, but tolerable. They say that sometimes oils get hot when they are working. Next I grabbed the Peppermint oil for 3 reasons:

1. It helps overcome pain
2. It works to reduce fevers by providing a cooling effect
3. It enhances the effects of the other oils

Then, I swear, in about one minute, he said the pain had let up. So we waited, and waited, and waited, and it did not return.

He went home and I checked an hour later, and he said it was 80% better.

The next morning, he said he was back to normal. Wow!
