If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
In my early 40s I developed a skin rash all over my body. My Dr. was puzzled and took a biopsy, gave me creams and massive doses of Prednisone. Then she referred me to a dermatologist who also took a biopsy and added steroid creams. With no results from either, the dermatologist sent me for allergy testing and I took allergy shots for 5 years with a diminish in symptoms, but not a complete clearing.
Over the next 20 years, periodically I would try again. . . more steroids, with a diminish in symptoms, but no resolution of the problem.
About 6 years ago, Autumn my daughter, was introduced to Young Living Essential Oils. I began to try different oils for various things. Then I tried Progessence Plus and, after a few weeks, began to break out. This happened with some of other oils and was a mystery to me. So I just stopped using the ones that caused the break out. Many of the oils I used were productive and I especially enjoyed diffusing.
Two years ago I added Sulfurzyme and it helped with my outbreaks, but never cleared them. Then I added Essentialzyme to help with my overall health and Detoxzyme to help with my acid reflux. I took both of these supplements faithfully.
The one spot that would never clear up for me was my left ankle. After hearing commercials for laser vein surgery, I decided that was my answer. I had had a blood clot in that leg after the birth of my 4th child. My vein Dr. assured me that laser surgery would restore blood flow to my ankle and all would be well. After the surgery, still no change, and in fact, perhaps my ankle was worse.
At the beginning of this year I was trying to lose weight with no success. I begin to do research about the impact of gut health on the overall health of the body. I begin to realize that I needed to cleanse my gut to relieve my skin problems and maybe lose some weight.
It was at this time that Autumn introduced me to a book, like is always doing, called Inner Transformations Using Essential Oils. Cheryl Phyillaier was starting a Facebook study of the book, so I bought it. I was not able to join the study, so I just looked at the colon cleanse, where the Young Living Cleanse Trio was introduced. So I ordered it.
I began to take the Comfortone and in a couple of days, I had the worst skin flare I had ever experienced. I broke out in my mouth, under my arms, on the back of my neck, and between my legs. . . and worst of all my hands. They were extremely red and I could see hundred of blisters under my skin on the palms of my hands. I took a picture and sent it to Autumn who sent it to our Royal Crown Diamond, Karen Hopkins. The answer - Candida overgrowth.
Now my choice... continue with the cleanse and let it run its course, or go back to what I knew would bring me temporary comfort. My daughter and daughter-in-law, both Young Living distributors, encouraged me to make the hard choice, but left it up to me. Well 25 years of choosing temporary comfort spurred me to let it run its course.
I followed the protocols in the Inner Transformations book, taking epsom salts and Clove oil detox baths, taking the Melrose blend orally and eating a high protein diet with no sugar. I used several drops of Lavender, Tea Tree, and Oregano diluted in Coconut oil and then applied topically.
The people at my work were very concerned and encouraged me strongly to see my doctor. I assured them I had been on this journey for a long time and related the story I just told to you. To allay their fears, I did go to the Dr. and she was mystified, referring me to a dermatologist who had told me a month or so before that she was also mystified. I scheduled a colonoscopy because I had not yet had regular colon elimination. Thankfully my colon begin to function properly and I did not keep that appointment.
I continued the regimen, and my skin began to clear over a period of about 10 days. My hands peeled and new skin replaced the old on my hands and the bottoms of my feet, where I had used a candida cleanse blend (Tea Tree, Clove, Oregano, Geranium). Detox baths with baking soda, epsom salts, Clove oil, and the Purification blend were a weekly routine.
I continue to use the Comfortone, Essentialzyme, Detoxzyme, eat clean, and use Genesis lotion with added Tea Tree oil topically. I also realize that my reaction to certain oils in the early days was a red flag that I had candida in my system.
The struggle is real, but I am so grateful for this journey that has brought me to a place of better health!
