For quite a few years, my husband has been playing poker in the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas during June and July. About three years ago, he had to start wearing prescription reading glasses to be able to see the cards on the table. His distance vision was also becoming an issue. When he would be downstairs in the casino, he had to be right underneath the odds board and really squint to try to see the odds numbers.
For the past year or so, we have both been drinking Ningxia Red every day to improve our immune system and overall health.

That tells me Ningxia Red is healthy for the eyes, identical to prescription strength, and it's good for the immune system and whole body as well!
