Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome can be miserable and embarrassing and I have had it a number of years. You are constipated, bloated and a lot of flatulence to top it off.
So I started taking the Digize blend and Peppermint oil. I put them in a capsule, I started out with 1 drop each to start and topped it off with a carrier oil. I progressed to 3 drops of Digize and 1-2 drops of Peppermint in a capsule and I took it once a day in the morning.
When it was real bad I would rub a drop of Digize on my lower abdomen in the evening when I was home from work. I would put a drop or 2 of Peppermint in 16 oz of water and drink that. I did this for several months, maybe close to a year, when I accidentally ran out of Digize. I hurried and ordered some but that is when I realized I did not need it anymore. My body had corrected itself.
Now I only take Digize on occasion, especially when I travel. I take Peppermint in my water when I want, not because I need to.
Now Young Living is a part of our lifestyle, I have also noticed other changes for the better. These oils will change your life!
