How I Reversed My Thinning Hair

Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. I am 62 years old and my hair has been thinning for a few years. It got to the point where I was using powder product to 'fill in' thin areas around the crown and sides so my scalp wouldn't show through.

I did a bit of research, and ordered Young Living's Lavender shampoo and Sulfurzyme capsules. Then I made an essential oil blend that was equal parts of Lavender, Clary Sage, Rosemary and Cedarwood. After shampooing and towel-drying my hair, I put the oil blend on my fingertips and massaged directly on my scalp. It does not make my hair oily and I don't use conditioner.

In addition, I also take one or two Sulfurzyme capsules a day, and some quality fish oil.

After about 6 months of this routine, there is a marked difference in the thickness of my hair. I no longer use product to fill in thin areas. The last time I had my hair cut, my stylist even noticed that my hair was thicker. I plan to maintain this routine as long as it works, and it does!
