The top of my foot had been painful and tender from varicose veins. It was difficult to put on socks, and shoes were impossible.
After doing some research, I put about 9 drops of Helichrysum essential oil on my foot. Then I very lightly dabbed it all over the sore area with my finger.
The pain lessened but came back the next day. So I used 5 drops and the pain became more minor.
On the third day I used 3 drops and the pain was finally gone!
Later I bought some extra Helichrysum oil to use on the rest of my varicose veins and now feel better. I apply it once in awhile, maybe I'll do more in the future.
