Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

A few years ago I started to get foot cramps at night and sometimes while driving. Apart from being annoying and painful, it was obviously dangerous while driving.

So I began applying several drops of the Aroma Siez oil blend, neat, on the top of my feet, and also on my calves. I always applied it just before bed, also after showering in the morning. It made a huge difference.

After about 6 months the frequency diminished, and now driving isn't a problem at all. I rarely have cramps at night, but I always have Aroma Siez on my bedside table if ever needed. Occasionally at night I may feel the tendency for a cramp, but it doesn't grab painfully as before.
