Me and my dear Sisters at the home have had sciatica.

Here is what I made as a formula and it works so well: Lemongrass, Wintergreen or Birch if you can get still get it, Frankincense and Marjoram blended, diluted with vegetable oil and applied topically.

I also substituted Geranium for Marjoram at times and that too was successful.

Walking backwards does help tremendously.

If the pain is persistent I also used Arnica and Hypericum homeopathic remedies 30C.
