With sensitive heels in general, one bad workout caused a huge downfall. Major Plantar Fasciitis. I tried the stretches, massage balls and walking around all day in my Go-Run Skechers (a pair for outside & a pair for in the house).
I found some relief from applying Young Living's CBD Muscle Rub, but felt that I needed deeper support for internal recovery. This is the worst I've ever tore up my heels. PS: I'm 49 years old, so healing seems to take a little longer than it used to.
I remembered that Young Living has a Bone-Ligament-Muscle supporting supplement called, BLM, and happened to have some in my cupboard. I'm taking 1 capsule, 3x a day, FAITHFULLY! I felt notable improvement after about a week.
I still wear the Skechers, modified workouts to low impact (high sweat with the Peloton bike), continue to take BLM, and barely use the CBD muscle rub anymore, as it's not necessary. I'm careful to GENTLY stretch before and after workouts. GAME CHANGER. I'm still heading in the right direction and I'm about 8 weeks into a positive recovery. What an amazing supplement!
