Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Due to my recent encounter with food poisoning, I thought I might explain how I supported myself through the process. It'll be a long time before I eat tuna fish again and even longer before I obtain it at the sandwich shop that I frequently visited.

After the long night with my stomachache, followed by the vomiting the next morning, I was feeling almost if not completely out of it! Energy level zero. Joints and muscles hurting. Gut twisting. Sweats and chills.

Once I finally realized it was food poisoning I recalled that the Thieves oil blend can be effective in diminishing those little pests that cause such turbulence. At this point, my stomach is touchy, the thought of taking it internally was also tenuous; however I put a few drops in a glass of water and drank it without difficulty. I also applied a few drops directly to my spine.

I then began to apply a number of the Raindrop oils (Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Marjoram, the ImmuPower,Valor blends) along my back and feet to ease the painful muscles and joints, applied a moist warm pack to drive them in and went to bed and slept for the afternoon.

Upon arising, my back and joints really hurt. I took a hot shower and let the moist heat ease my back and then applied the oils again. I also took another dose of Thieves with water.

This morning only my low back hurt, but it hurt like hell. It was like every nerve going up to the spine was on fire, and the realization appeared that the remains of the offending microbe were still likely hanging out in my lower gut (which hurt to palpitate), and this corresponding area to the spine is exactly what hurt.

Feeling less queasy, I took a gel cap of Thieves and began applying oils to my spine and feet. Another warm pack and back to bed for a short time to let it sink in. This application prompted my system to release the final bit from the southerly direction, if I may be so delicate.

For anyone who thinks about chakras and balancing, such an episode has quite an effect on the solar plexus (3rd) chakra. It blew mine completely open and I felt like I was leaking all my energy. Tending to this was integral to my recovery and I did so with the help of a dear friend who uses invocation to reprogram chakras. For sure there are many methods, that's the one I reach for.

The recovery process continues, but that's the main stuff in a nut shell. This event was enough to keep me from attending the NingXia Red event which came to Portland, Maine last night... I am so sorry to have missed Dr. Hill's presentation but I'm sure there was some reason why I needed to be where I was.
