Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
I was diagnosed with rosacea several years ago and was told that there was no solution. I was told that the treatment to keep it under control involved daily application of a topical antibiotic.
This did not seem like a good long term solution to me. I had read that the condition could be genetic. I researched oils that were highly antibacterial and were good for the skin. I settled on Ylang Ylang and Cypress, applying the oils at first twice a day (a couple of drops of one in the AM and couple of drops of the other in the PM).
The oils were effective for me and you cannot tell that I ever had the condition. I still occasionally use the oils for maintenance because they are healthy for my skin.
In addition to the oils, a healthy diet was key.
