Heel Spur Actually Dissolved With RC Oil Blend

I recently had a very painful heel spur and tried the PanAway oil blend with no success.

I then did a search on this site and found out about using the RC oil blend and Idaho Balsam Fir. The first day I put one drop of each, RC first and then the Idaho Balsam Fir on the spur. I did that 4 times on the first day. The next morning the pain had gone.

I continued to apply the oils once daily at night for the next couple of weeks and even though I was on holidays during this time which involved lots of walking I had no pain whatsoever.

I think the oils actually dissolved the spur and I have averted the need for surgery to remove it.
