Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
My mother called me upset one day telling me that her 9 week old kitten, that I had gotten her, was not doing well at all. She told me that the kitten had gotten out of the house without her knowledge when she opened the door to let someone in. She told me when she went outside about five minutes later she saw the kitten up against the fence, listless.
She ran him up to the vet and found out he was attacked and had a punctured lung. The vet injected him with antibiotics and sent him home. After a few days of being home he was not doing well and she took him back up to the vet.
He said that feline wounds close up almost immediately and bacteria has no way of getting out and infection usually sets in. He told her to pull off the scab everyday and let it drain.
This little guy would cut you to ribbons on a good day! She said that she tried this the first day and it just wasn't working out. Then she called me and asked if there might be some oils that might help. I told her to try the Thieves blend (greatly diluted like when using for babies and children). I told her to rub it on his paws and on the wound.
She called me two days later and said it wasn't working and that he was dying. She said that he wouldn't lay down or eat or drink anything. He would just lean up against her struggling to breathe.
I then told her to try the RC oil blend (diluted) on the wound and keep putting the Thieves on his paws. She said that every time she put the RC on him he would cough. It scared my mom but she figured what did she have to lose.
After the first day he started drinking and eating again. The second day he started playing tentatively. By day three he made a full recovery!
The kitten had been injected with the antibiotics, a de-wormer shot (never checked for worms either) and all the first vaccines with also a punctured lung!
That poor kitten at that time was really on his way out. My mom has seen amazing things happen since using essential oils. She would always be impressed and then some time would pass and she would either chalk those experiences up to coincidence or she would just forget about them. This is the one instance that she called a miracle and meant it. She is not a religious woman either.
A month later she's still talking about it and telling everybody about the positive experience with her kitten.
