This past spring I went to Costco with my son, who was almost 3 at that time. When we go food shopping we usually go to a store that has healthy options like fruit or cereal. To keep him happy and occupied and make it a fun experience he gets to taste a variety of healthy foods. Costco is getting better providing quality organic foods.

Anyway, my son wanted cereal, so walking down that aisle there weren't too many options of whole grain or unprocessed, there was primarily only commercial brands. I eventually stumbled on one relatively decent granola by Nature's Path.

I typically don't buy this one in health food stores due to sugar (evaporated cane juice). Anyway he had a few nibbles and then stopped and I was curious why so soon. But I didn't put much thought into it initially.

As we checked out I noticed the skin below and around his lips get blotchy. I was concerned as this occurred several months ago where most of his body was covered in hives and blotches, which was alleviated with the Purification oil blend. The blotches started increasing and checked in with him if he felt OK. He said fine but I could tell he was uncomfortable perhaps he was feeling something but didn't know how to tell me. His reason for stopping to eat this cereal I now know was his own inner knowing.
