My son had a bad allergic reaction to penicillin. He broke out all over in hives.

Benadryl was not helping to relieve the itch so I consulted my essential oils desk reference and applied a few drops of Lavender oil directly on the areas affected. I also put some on the points of his ears indicated on the Vita Flex chart for anti-histamine.

He experienced relief that lasted for several hours and it shortened the longevity of the hives outbreak. I reapplied whenever it flared up again.
