I heard about the RutaVaLa oil blend on a conference tape sent to me by my upline. Being under so much stress and having high cortisol levels I ordered some right away. I started the first day by putting 7 drops in my 24 oz water bottle and drank it. That night I applied a few drops on my big toes and the spine.
The next morning I applied it to my feet once again and that night on my feet again. Since the first day on of use I have been sleeping all through the night. My stress levels are down. I am not as uptight with worry about finances and other problems that I encounter on a daily basis. The smell kind of grows on you.
I also put a few drops of Lemon or Grapefruit oil in my water bottle and this helps with the flavor of RutaVaLa.
