Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
It sounds contradictory to the name of the oil blend, I'm sure, but this was my experience:
I was feeling very tired and run down physically and emotionally one day. My muscles were all knotted and sore, especially in my neck and shoulders. I was trying very hard to get house work and paper work done as well as take care of my active 2-year-old. The day was wearing on and on and I finally realized I couldn't do anymore. So I gave in to my tiredness and sat down.
I decided to turn on my diffuser. The oil that happened to be in it was the Peace & Calming oil blend. It didn't seem to me at the time to be the oil that would help the most, since I felt pretty tired but I was too tired to change the oil out. I sat and tried not to think of anything else.
After about 10 minutes, I realized my shoulders had relaxed and my body felt soothed. My head felt clear and all of a sudden I had all this energy. Not excitable energy, just mental energy and physical calmness.
I decided my tight muscles had been taking all my energy to keep themselves tight. Once the oil helped me to relax, the muscles relaxed and all the energy that had been used up to keep me tense was redirected to a useful place!
I've continued using Peace & Calming when I'm feeling tired in the same run down way and it continues to be a loyal companion, helping me to feel supported and calm and at peace so my energies can be better used in my day to day life.
It was a simple solution, but it has been profound in my life.
