I had a upper respiratory infection that turned into chronic rhinitis. I was congested for three months not being able to breathe through my nose.

I had tried many herbs, steaming, snuffs, and oils without success, until Peppermint.

I put 2 drops on my tongue and then touched the roof of my mouth. In a few minutes I was breathing through my nose!

Every time I got stuffy after this, I repeated the process. I started with a few times a day and in 3 days I was better.
