A couple of months ago, I felt inspired to apply a couple of drops of Oregano to the arches of my feet after I got out of the shower. I really didn't know what it would do, but was curious to see the results.

At the time, I was experiencing a growing amount of joint stiffness during the day. It happened while sitting for a while, after standing in front of my class while teaching, and when I got out of bed.

I slowly began to notice an overall feeling of well-being, but last week I realized that I no longer experienced the joint stiffness and pain.

I believe that the daily use of Oregano has somehow positively affected whatever was causing my condition.
