Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
My first experience with essential oils came by pure accident. I grow my own Rosemary because I drink the tea, however one day while pruning my Rosemary bush for drying I simply dragged my hand over a long branch gently letting the branch just slide through my hand.
Well what an experience that turned out to be. When I put my hand to my face to smell the aroma from the Rosemary it was very invigorating. So I just stood there and did my deep breathing on the Rosemary. I have been doing this for years.
My testimonial to this is that I am 74 years old, and I never have headaches, I don't wear any kind of glasses, not even sunglasses and I don't have a hearing aid.
I do give a lot of credit to Rosemary for this. Rosemary helps promote circulation.
Rosemary has also helped keep my prostate gland in check, but that credit goes to the tea.
The spiritual influence of Rosemary is walking in your truth by being faithful to your self and your own destiny or purpose.
I am very thankful we have a Heavenly Father that gives us these wonderful things for our health and well being.
