Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

For years I have worn lifts in my shoes because of a painful condition diagnosed as Morton's neuroma (AKA Morton neuroma, Morton's metatarsalgia, Morton's neuralgia, plantar neuroma, intermetatarsal neuroma, and interdigital neuroma).

I was unable to walk barefoot even a short distance without major discomfort, not to mention that I could only wear tennis shoes with these lifts.

I happened to try Grapefruit essential oil in my drinking water and was so amazed when, within a month of consistent usage, the discomfort in my feet was almost gone.

Now I do not need lifts or tennis shoes and can walk barefoot whenever I want! I can go almost a week before the discomfort starts to return. Then I go back to the regimen of Grapefruit essential oil in my drinking water in the morning and at night.

Not only has it worked for me, but several friends have tried this protocol for their own foot issues, and it has been successful for them too.

Our study demonstrates for the first time that essential oils and monoterpenes are efficient inhibitors of bone resorption...."Link
