Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

This incident is my first success story with using high quality essential oils.

My husband's son's girlfriend was over with her 9 month old son and he had the worst hiccups ever. They looked painful and had been going on for about 10 minutes before I thought maybe I should check my essential oil reference book to see what could help hiccups. One of the oils it suggested for hiccups was Peppermint which I had on hand.

The reference book stated that Peppermint Oil shouldn't be topically applied to children under 18 months, so I put a drop in my hand, rubbed my hands together and I gently blew the oil smell towards him. My hands were about 6 inches away from him. His hiccups stopped INSTANTLY! Everyone sat there with their mouths open. 😮

About a week later the same girlfriend came over to show us her new puppy and the poor little mutt got the hiccups. We all looked at each other and thought, "Why not?"

I got the Peppermint oil out and did the same technique with the dog and her hiccups also stopped quickly.

That convinced me the first incident wasn't a fluke and I was hooked.
