Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
We recently moved to the Houston area and were unaware of how thick and heavy the pollen is here. One night our 2 year old daughter woke us up with her eyes leaking a gluey like substance. Our initial reaction was conjunctivitis or something similar but it turns out that many suffer from sinus congestion.
I instinctively grabbed the Lavender oil and applied it to reflex points on the toes and upper feet that correspond to the eyes, ears, nose and throat. Within minutes she was content and we put her back to sleep without a problem.
We noticed for several days after, she still had some discharge so we stayed consistent with applying the Lavender and it eventually vanished completely.
When in doubt Lavender is good for almost anything!
