Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Our family is heavily involved in soccer. I certified as a soccer referee when I was 37, and am now 42. The last few years I've noticed that my knees really bother me if I do too many games, and I get sore muscles from sprinting up and down the field.

This summer however, I learned about Ortho Sport Massage Oil, made by Young Living. Before officiating at games, I rubbed Ortho Sport into my quadriceps, hamstrings, and gastrocnemius muscles. After I refereed, I applied the Ortho Sport again.

I was amazed the next day, and the 2nd day also to not have sore muscles! The only place that I got sore was way up high on my thigh where I had not reached with the Ortho Sport.

My three high school children also used Ortho Sport in their tryouts for the high school soccer team. These included a week of practices, twice a day, for two hours. They also used Ortho Sport before and after each practice. They had some muscle soreness, but it was minimal, compared to team mates who said that they were so sore they couldn't move, using pain patches, etc.

I used Ortho Sport again a week ago when I was asked to referee a scrimmage for the high school boys. I rubbed it all up and down my legs, including my knees, before and after. In the past, I would have come home with very sore knees, and they would have hurt for 2-3 days, and I would have had sore muscles. Not this time, as I had no soreness at all!

What a great blessing these essential oils are!
