Bedtime is a great time to use Lavender Essential Oil to help relax a baby, or even yourself. When I give my grandson a bath at bedtime I add a few drops of Lavender Essential Oil to his bathwater. When his pj's go on I apply either Lavender or Peace & Calming to the bottom of his feet for a peaceful nights rest.
