I have recently given up coffee and replaced with Peppermint essential oil. I use the oil in warm tea or put a few drops on my tongue and inhale the vapors. This oil works as good as coffee, and provides the same mental alertness and focus, but in a more healthy way without addictions.
I am so excited with what Peppermint oil has done for me!
